Von Hasle Jewelers “Remarkable Warranty” on new purchases

Quality craftsmanship is part of what makes our pieces remarkable. To that end we are proud to be offer the
following warranty on any item purchased from Von Hasle Jewelers.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We offer complimentary inspections and in-store cleaning any time you need it.
Regular inspections help prevent major repair needs down the road. We will re-tip and tighten loose gemstones as
long as you own the jewelry. We recommend this service every six months.

Proper Fit

A piece of jewelry that fits correctly is less likely to be damaged or cause damage to the wearer. We
will resize your rings for as long as you own them.

Limiting Conditions

While we try to be as accommodating as possible, we do have to make a few rules.

  1. The warranty will be void if the jewelry is worked on by anyone other than Von Hasle Jewelers.
  2. Sizing/adjustments can only be within the limits of the jewelry. (e.g. We can’t size a ring from an 8 to a 4)
  3. Jewelry doesn’t last forever. Eventually the metal wears out, or in some unfortunate cases an item can be damaged beyond repair. Should that happen, we will work with you to repurpose any stones or parts of the jewelry that can be salvaged.

Von Hasle Jewelers “Remarkable Warranty” on repairs

We are proud of the artisans we have repairing your jewelry. We offer the following warranty on any item repaired
by Von Hasle Jewelers.

Ring Sizing

Due to things out of our control such as diet, medication, weather, weight change; we guarantee the
size for 30 days from date of delivery as long as we sized the guests finger. If the guest requests a size other than
what we suggest, there is no guarantee and there will be a charge for future resizing.

Soldering

We guarantee any soldering against workmanship errors for 1 year from the date of delivery.

Tightening Loose Stones

All our repairs include a “Check and Tightening” service. For one year from the date of
delivery, we will guarantee against stone loss (for under 1ct) as long as the stones are set with a minimum of 3
prongs on round stones, 4 prongs on square/rectangular outlined stones, and 5 or 6 prongs on other fancy shapes.
For stones larger than 1ct, the guest should have appraisals and insurance policies against loss.

Limiting Conditions

  3. We can not guarantee that a stone will not chip, break, scratch, or fracture. No stone, not even diamond, can be guaranteed against damage. We strongly suggest items be insured as policies often cover damage.
  4. If suggested repairs were declined, we do not warranty or guarantee against future repairs. Any declined work will be noted on the receipt.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for up to fourteen (14) days following the date of purchase. The items must be unworn and returned with original packaging and any items received at the time of purchase. Special Order and Custom Items are not eligible for return or exchange; and constitute any jewelry, gemstone, watch, or gift item ordered or created, or modified at the guest’s request.
